All FILTRON filters are of high quality thanks to our production standards. These standards are documented by quality awards from car manufacturers, as well as by certificates of compliance with the ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
Another factor which has an influence on the quality of FILTRON filters is our expertise as a supplier of original equipment and the standards of laboratory filter inspections. Our modern laboratory uses more than 60 testing methods in accordance with international standards. We control both the quality of materials used in production, as well as the strength and effectiveness of the finished products.
In view of the above, we assure you that:
Each filter manufactured and launched onto the market by FILTRON® is free from any material and manufacturing defects and retains all its parameters and properties for its entire lifetime if used in accordance with its purpose as specified by the manufacturers of engines, motor vehicles, and devices applying the filter.
Should any defects of a FILTRON® filter be disclosed during its installation or its lifetime as foreseen by the manufacturer of the engine, motor vehicle or any other device applying the filter, we guarantee that we will replace the defective filter with a product free of any such defects.
We undertake to reimburse any justified expenses such as labour costs and costs of the replacement of the defective parts incurred by the client as a result of the malfunction of a FILTRON® filter. We are not liable for any loss of potential profits, revenues, or other losses.
The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from the improper installation and use of the filter contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations, nor does it cover damage or defects due to the application of the filter in motor racing or in engines modified by a non-manufacturer.

In order to fulfil the guarantee obligations, the customer is obliged to file a claim at a FILTRON® Authorized Dealer forthwith, no later than within 30 days of the disclosure of the defect. Furthermore, the client shall be obliged to deliver the defective product to the Quality Department of MANN+HUMMEL FT Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. in order that the appropriate inspection and analyses may be carried out. If necessary, the client shall also be obliged to deliver, upon request by a representative of MANN+HUMMEL FT Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k., the engine, vehicle or device claimed to be defective, for the assessment of the damage and its cause.
